All of our products at AmaZen Candle Co. are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, any items used cannot be returned or refunded. We will, however, replace or refund products that may be damaged during shipping if photographic proof is submitted to info@amazencandle.com within 7 days of delivery. 

Exchanges will be honored for another product of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. AmaZen Candle Co. is not responsible for any shipping costs on any returned/exchanged items.
